This is a 2 class course in which we will complete the Hansie Top by Seamwork Patterns. Over the course of 2 evenings we will learn how to take measurements, work with a commercial pattern, make small adjustments and construct a garment. We will provide you with the pattern and you will have to assemble it at home (or you can choose to have the pattern printed on our large format A0 printer at an additional cost). You will have to source fabric as per the requirements for your size. At the end of this course you will walk home with a fabulous handmade top!

Class size is kept small so you get all the help you need and plenty of attention.

PROJECT DETAILS:

Hansie is a woven tee with cut-on sleeves. It's a total wardrobe staple and the perfect blank canvas for fun fabrics. Best of all, it's an easy make that's perfect for beginners.

Hansie features a relaxed fit that you can still easily tuck in your pants or skirt. It has a high, rounded neckline finished with a facing, darts, and a pocket at the chest.

Request a Swatch/Sample

We understand that buying fabric online can be tricky. Pictures and words can only convey so much about a fabric and sometimes you just need to see and feel a fabric to know if it will work for your project.

For that reason we are offering a swatch service:  >>>  Click here  <<<
